Absolutely unprofessional. Never answer their phone, never answer their email. Turkish airlines support is not helpful either. They want you to hang up in the end of the conversation so you don’t give them low survey rating. Two of the operators were being rude and tried to force me to hang up. Then stayed on the phone silent for 10 minutes after I refused to hang up. And they want you to order an extra ticket for your over 100 cm musical instrument

They changed their policy to only process docs once you park, which is fine for trucks who have access to multiple docks, but for vans we're stuck waiting all day now for 1 ramp... at least other places will still check in vans and we can move along as soon as the ramp clears ahead of us.

DON'T ANSWER PHONE, BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 2 HOURS WITH MY CELL PHONE, CALL BACK ON LANDLINE AND GO TO VOICE MAIL. THIS IS THE WORST WAREHOUSE IN RESCENT MEMORY THEY NEED TO GO, HORRIBLE. ACCOUNTING ANSWERED PHONE AND PUTS RIGHT TO VOICE MAIL; REFUSES TO HELP, OMG. HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS???? HORRIBLE
