Please please don't take Turkish airlines. Our recent experience with Turkish Airlines was nothing short of a nightmare, and we want to warn others about the terrible service. We are a family of four, including two small children, and we drove all the way from Canada to Boston to take a flight to the UAE with Turkish Airlines. Despite arriving 1 hour and 30 minutes before our flight, we were met with zero assistance from their staff. Instead of helping us, they kept telling us to “call customer service.” When we explained our situation, they coldly suggested we could board the flight only if we left our baggage behind. How can a family traveling internationally, especially with kids, possibly leave their baggage behind? It was a completely unrealistic and thoughtless response. When we asked about a refund, they told us that out of the $2600 we paid, they would only refund $200! On top of that, they canceled our return flight, adding further stress and financial loss to an already horrible experience. What’s most shocking is that no one from Turkish Airlines offered any real help. Their lack of empathy and refusal to provide a reasonable solution left us stranded and feeling completely abandoned. We had trusted Turkish Airlines for what should have been a smooth journey, but their customer service was disgraceful. We strongly advise families and other travelers to avoid Turkish Airlines. Their policies are unfair, and their treatment of passengers is appalling. This was our first and last experience with them.

Worst airline there is. Customer service is terrible! They lost our luggage coming from Istanbul to Boston, we called at least 10 times the customer service to try and retrieve our luggage that came to the airport a day later. Not one agent from the customer service was able to solve our problem and send out our luggage, in the end the luggage was in Boston airport for 3 days they did nothing with it ( we had an airtag inside so we were able see its location) and we decided to drive back to Boston and get it ourselves because if we would have waited for Turkish to solve the problem, most likely it would have remained in the airport for a longer period of time. I do not recommend this airline, please be careful when booking with them. They have zero respect for their customers.

A Great experience with Turkish Airlines!!! Travelled from the USA to India and the best part with Turkish airlines over other Arab airlines is that travel time which is 8 hr travel+ 4hr layover + 8hr travel. I mean it is perfect and I did not feel any tiredness! Earlier, I used to go by other airlines where the itinerary usually be long 16hr travel+ 4hr layover+ short 3hr. The cost is also comparatively lesser and the food quality was good(but definitely not equal as other Arab airlines) Overall, I had a good travel experience with Turkish Airlines and definitely would prefer it for my future travel. This is just my opinion and it works out well with my preferences.

Turkish airlines please do better with the type of supervisor you guys hire. Life is not all about black or white.(i am not talking about race)Your night supervisor made my mum miserable at the airport. We stood in a long line waited for our turn. When it was our turn the so called supervisor said if we didn’t have the boarding pass from online boarding he can’t help us. That we have to go back and join the long line of people that didn’t board online. That we join the wrong line.LIES bc we followed the sign infront of the line. I still obeyed and the self kiosk to board my mum. The self kiosk had a problem reading my mom information. So I go back to the supervisor I try to explain to him. He would not let me explain to him. All that frustration and poor customer service is not acceptable. Customers pay for the service of flying with you guys be human and understanding

I had a very disappointing experience with the cabin crew on my recent flight. The crew was incredibly rude and seemed to have no understanding of hospitality or customer service. The flight was delayed, and instead of offering assistance or comfort, the cabin crew's attitude only made the situation worse. Additionally, I had a food allergy issue during the flight and felt very unwell, but unfortunately, the crew did not show any care or concern about my situation. It was incredibly frustrating and unsettling, especially when I was feeling sick and in need of assistance. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with airline staff. The lack of professionalism and disregard for passenger well-being was truly appalling. I would not recommend this airline based on my experience.
