Usually I don’t buy tickets from travel agents, usually I do use google flights it’s simple and convenient. But this time my friend recommended Melis from Turan Travels I spoke with her she very friendly over phone but here are few reasons why I’m giving them 1 start 1) Online price was $1130 she was charging $1200 for same flight from NY to Nairobi.so always check online before booking with them 2) she offered me $900 via Turkey with 2 night stay in Istanbul I did agree and I asked her send me reservation for 2 people. She never send me anything I called her after 2 days she said she email me already but I never got. I called her text her multiple times no response from her I spoke with an other person and I told her him this is what she promised but now she is not responding it’s over week now they don’t even answer for my text messages and call. I was going to book online, but after 1 week same ticket is over $1800 now.
