Tri-C Downtown campus is overall decent. Some buildings are cleaner than others. Some buildings are more modern than others. Parking is free. But be careful and observant of your surroundings. Keep your vehicle locked and secured which is a security measure you should take wherever you go. Great place to go for your education to get started or to continue your education!

Tri-C's approach to handling student illnesses and financial obligations appears to be callous and profit-driven, raising questions about their commitment to student welfare. Their focus is on your money, not your well-being. Don't get sick; Tri-C won't show any compassion!

Tri-C Metropolitan Campus is an educational hub in Cleveland, offering a wide range of courses and programs. The campus facilities are modern, and the staff is dedicated to providing quality education. It's a valuable resource for students seeking academic and career development.

Linda Lanier in the counseling department is an angel! I requested an appointment for insight & guidance on returning to school after a 10 year gap and her assistance was exceptional. She took the time to review my history and direct me through a course catalog, even noting which classes I should take during which semesters to make the most of it while still working full time. I cannot express how much I appreciate her and how lucky TriC is to have her as an asset at the Metropolitan campus.

Easy to sign up and pay, but instructor(Jillian H.) and staff were unable to send out a zoom link for a virtual class after several emails and phone calls over the course of 4 business days. Even went on campus and was unable to find help. Even required course material ex book list was late in coming. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!
