My husband, Cameron, and I absolutely loved our stay at Secrets Moxche. It was the most perfect resort to stay at for our honeymoon - all thanks to Stephanie! From booking our flights, to arranging transportation, and getting us all the honeymoon perks, we could not have asked for a better travel agent. It was our first time using a travel agent and going out of the country, so we were a bit hesitant. However, Stephanie made all of our worries go away. We had to do little to no work on our end and that made the vacation that much better! Stephanie found us a great resort with everything we asked for; Secrets Moxche had wonderful pools, wonderful food and wonderful staff. We felt very safe and welcomed throughout our entire stay. The only time we had any issues was on our travel day home - with transportation and flight, but Stephanie stayed in contact with us through it all and was very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie for all your travel needs. She is so easy to talk to and no question is a dumb question ;) We will be in touch with her again for future trips.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Stephanie was as a travel agent for our destination wedding in Mexico this past March. From the start, she was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions and address any concerns. Stephanie's knowledge of the travel industry and Mexico's best wedding venues and resorts was so valuable. She provided excellent recommendations and worked with me to pick out the perfect resort/venue (we picked The Fives Beach for 60 people). She even went above and beyond by assisting with some of our wedding planning, which was a huge help and showed her dedication to making our special day perfect. She helped with communication with the wedding planning team at the resort, recommended floral/entertainment vendors, managed booking a 60 person catamaran, and secured custom shot glasses from a local vendor in Mexico for our party favor. Her customer service is top-notch, always making us feel like a priority and taking the stress out of coordinating travel for a large group. Stephanie was an amazing help during our destination wedding planning and booking. She was quick to response at every step of the way, really helped with communicating to difficult teams. Stephanie was able to help me pick out the correct flowers, she knew my vision better than the flower decor team when I send the same inspo board to everyone! We cannot say enough good things about TWC. She helped plan and organize our 60 person wedding in Jamaica and with her help it was everything we have ever dreamed of!
