The ticketing - in our return journey we didn’t have lower berths, which should have been allocated or then we should have taken another train. It was stressful. The vehicle and the driver I would give full 10/10 stars The hotels were also good 9/10 stars and the location of the hotels was perfect. The itinerary should have been till 6 pm in the evening, most days driver just winded up at 3 to 4 pm. On the whole excellent we would again go with the same tour.

Regarding ticketing going was perfect but in return journey was very tiredness. For senior citizen lower birth not advisable. Driver was nice and gentle person but not aware of any local bazar and local foods restaurant.. Hotel rooms was good and location too perfect Overall our experience was amazing.. we appreciate our agent Mr Moiz for his efforts

Our trip to Kerela was hands down one of the best organized trip i have been on. The agent was really helpful even when we called in the middle of the night due to difficulties. The driver and the car arranged was amazing and the hotels were really nice too. The whole itinerary was very well planned and filled with fun and relaxing moments. All in all a very great trip.
