The entire trip was just great. Our Daytrip driver in Paris was slightly delayed due to traffic, but he kept us informed and met us about 45 minutes after we had initially planned. He turned out to be a great guy. The car was comfortable and we were even able to get a little sleep on the ~ 3 hr drive. By the way, I would suggest this method of travel after a long flight to your other clients. If it is more expensive, it is worry free and so much better than trying to figure out a train schedule when you are jet lagged. AMA did not disappoint. It was really a perfect way to see so much of a country in a relaxed and comfortable way. We would choose AMA again over what we heard from others about Viking. Let your clients know not to sweat the selection of the excursions. They will have amble opportunity to select what they want to do while on the boat. Also, not to worry if they are traveling alone as we met two fantastic couples that we spent a good share of our time together and plan to visit each other again in the Spring. The post cruise trip was absolutely fantastic. You were so right, driving in France was a snap. The Peugeot SUV was a perfect size and so fun to drive! Every village was an adventure: Les Baux, Aix, Cassis, Port Grimaud, Mougins and Nice! The hotels you selected were elegant and worth every Euro! Now we know where we would like to spend more time should we venture back to the south of France! Thank you for the excellent work and helping to make this a very memorable trip.
