Christina organized a trip to Hawaii for myself and my son. She provides excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to put an amazing vacation together. She is worth her weight (and more) in gold! Will use her for our upcoming trips.

Cristina arranged a two week trip to Italy for my husband and myself to celebrate his Birthday and our 30th Wedding Anniversary. She arranged the hotels, excursions, and our train tickets. She gave detailed instructions as to best deal with every detail of our trip. This was very helpful, and I am happy to say that every aspect worked out perfectly!! When the airline unexpectedly cancelled our return flight shortly before our departure, Cristina stayed late on a Friday night to rebook our flight, and made sure the details were to our liking. The hotels were very convenient to our excursions, and most of the time, we were able to walk everywhere. We had the time of our lives, and look forward to Cristina Herrera arranging many more trips for us!!

Without Cristina my sister and my vacation would probably have never gotten off the ground because there were so many moving parts to our trip. We visited 4 countries and 6 cities in two weeks and Cristina was invaluable to us. She gave us options on hotels, set up all of our tours in each city, gave us detailed instructions on how to find certain things, was instrumental in getting us a partial refund on our gondola ride which was great but it was with dinner(which was not served) and each time I had a question(which was many) she responded very quickly. I had just to buy a flight ticket to Italy and I asked support to Christina of Travel-Muse. She was very patient with me: my English is not good and I prefer to repeat each sentence to be sure I've understood good and I get very anxious when I've to do a ticket and I've always special requests and a lot of questions about a travel.
