Highly recommend! Extremely happy with everything. I worked with Jody, who was fantastic in helping plan a 2 week Europe trip! She had recommendation on typical/best routes to bop around (we did London, Paris, Munich Rome -- highly recommend!) and helped book everything. Such a simple process. As someone that was not sure what neighborhoods to look into, the hotels she booked in each place were very convenient locations for both getting around via public transit and close to train stations for getting around. The easiest planning, most straightforward assistance I could have asked for! Will be recommending to anyone that I speak with that needs just a bit of help on getting their trip planning started.

I would give zero stars if this was an option. Katrina attempted to assist with international flights that ended up being cancelled the very next day, then a second booking which was again cancelled 2 and a half months later but 2 weeks prior to departure. Katrina's suggestion for new flights included a 6 hour layover and 3 stops? No. I ended up finding my own flights, however she did get her fees for the initial flights. Katrina cancelled the entire itinerary and we did receive refunds from the airlines for the flights, however we never received refunds for the seat assignments we paid extra for. Did Katrina forget to cancel those seat assignments? We will never know because she does not return my numerous phone calls asking for her assistance nor does she answer the multiple emails sent to her. I eventually got a message from her almost a month later asking me how it was resolved. I would NEVER use this company. The customer service is atrocious! I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company without her assistance still 2 months after returning from this trip. Very poor.

I spoke with Katrina on 3/3/23 to help with planning a girls trip with my mom and two sisters to Las Vegas. She was pleasant on the phone in terms of answering my questions and getting the information she needed. She advised that she'd possibly have something put together by the next morning. Awesome! I didn't receive any communication from her the next day. Not an issue at this point. I tried to call her on Monday morning to inquire and confirm she had my correct email address. No response. Tried to call again on Tuesday. Still nothing. It's almost been two weeks, and still nothing. I decided to check out another travel agent who was recommended to me, and she responded within 20 minutes. A few questions and emails later, we booked the trip. I feel as though the decision to check elsewhere was meant to be. Communication is key! Had Katrina just said she was too busy, I would've understood. To not communicate at all is just bad practice.

We booked a trip with wapl through this Travel Agency and our experience after day one went from awesome to not good at all. The travel agents are very difficult to get ahold of after fact. My advice to everyone would be get a lawyer to review your documents because what you discuss with them and what you get are two Polar opposites. We also caught one of these travel agents in a very deep lie who then lied to get out of the lie. I would under no circumstance recommend this business or any of its travel agents. They are Beyond unprofessional in almost every single way that you can imagine. Save yourself some money and a lot of stress and use a different agency. While I don't usually name people by name I do want people to understand that Dawn Thiell is a liar!

We booked a group trip through Travel Leaders and were thoroughly impressed. The communication prior to travel kept us informed and assured. Once at the location Betsy and Katie were our group leaders and they were so helpful and friendly. Travel Leaders has now become our go to travel agent!
