Just got back from an Amazing family vacation thanks to Mindy Miller! She found us a fabulous all inclusive resort that had every amenity and activity you could ever dream of ON property! This resort exceeded all of our expectations. Mindy has helped us plan vacations for years. She helps us find the best resort and flight at the best price. We always know she has taken care of every detail so we can just relax and enjoy!

Is Dawnelle and Travel Leaders great? YES! Dawnelle took care of all of our needs. We were originally scheduled to go on our trip in September but my friend misplaced her passport and did not realize it until the day before we were suppose to leave. We made a phone call, on a Saturday, to Dawnelle and she immediately got on the phone with Delta and got everything rescheduled for October and made a very stressful situation easier to handle. There was a bare minimum fee, which is totally expected, as it was our mistake. She was able to keep my friend calm and assured her everything would work out. Guess what...it did! It was a fantastic trip and we made forever memories to add to our already 30+ years of friendship. Thank you Dawnelle!

BEWARE- of purchasing insurance and taking advice from Cynthia. I am a Georgia resident and purchased insurance last year for our trip Greece. She assured me this was a investment being we own a family business it would cover most all circumstances. Our trip was already pricey so spending the additional $1200 was not an easy decision. We moved forward with the purchase knowing life can certainly throw you curve balls. I reached out to Cynthia in May/June to inform her we were needing to reschedule or cancel our trip for this year. She did partially do her research and stated it would be best for us to reschedule as our insurance policy would roll over to the new trip. The first week of July I received an email stating the insurance would not be rolled over due to the fact that I am a Georgia resident and she was not aware of that policy. Extremely frustrated as this all of a sudden seems to be my problem. I could have easily filed a claim with the insurance company as the reason of us canceling was medical. Now I am out of thousands of dollars, and no one here seems to care!!!!!

Our travel agaent, Sammi, did an amazing job! When we found out our original trip plan wouldn't work for us, she recommended Jamaica and an incredible resort to stay at. It was exactly what we were hoping for and even better than what we originally planned to do. We had an amazing time. All of the excursions she recommended were fantastic! I highly recommend working with Sammi and we will definitely work with her again in the future!

Sammi is great to work with. She's patient and helpful. I said to her, I want to go somewhere warm in the winter, I want to feel safe because I might be traveling alone and I wanted it to be all inclusive. She gave me three places to pick from. When I made my selection she ran with it and booked me at a beautiful resort.
