Lael took wonderful care of us from start to finish, from recommending great hotel options to handling a pretty tricky multi-city flight itinerary. She even ended up saving us quite a bit of money on our flights, which was a pleasant surprise. She asked thoughtful questions to really understand what we wanted out of our trip and guided us toward the right experiences. On top of that, when there was a major airline issue the day of our departure, she called immediately and handled everything. Within an hour she had us rebooked and back on track, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth one. We highly recommend Lael for anyone’s travel needs. She truly cares for her clients and puts in the effort to make sure your vacation is memorable for all the right reasons.

Lael was exceptionally helpful in planning and adapting our trip to Aruba. Airlines are so challenging today and she was able to rebook our trip without us loosing days or money after cancellations. So grateful for her knowledge, perseverance , and hard work in making our trip an experience of a lifetime!
