Dalia was so helpful with planning our honeymoon!! She took the time to meet with me and go over exactly where we were interested in going. From there, she put together a wonderful and detailed itinerary with suggested hotels, tourist attractions, etc. From there, I could customize which of her suggestions I wanted to go with or inquire about other places/attractions I heard of or researched prior. She took care of booking most everything and gave detailed directions on where to go and who to talk to. Made our entire trip a breeze and carefree! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Travel Agent.

Never experienced such a lack of interest in helping someone out. No I did not purchase trip through you to begin with however what I was asking for would have been an easy breezy way to bring it in-house, make some business for yourself, and guarantee a future client for any travel needs. I'll be 100%transparent here and admit I honestly didn't know travel agents were even a thing anymore but behold they are! So when I wanted to change up some plans I had I was referred to them by a colleague and was highly disappointed. Now that I'm educated on this a little more I'll look for an agent to handle things for me in the future but most likely not Tramex based on the way my experience with them went last time. I should give them 1 more good change though to be fair though. We'll see.

Elsie you're the BEST! Thanks so much for making the our vacation to Costa Rica perfect and memorable! Everything from our airline, lodging at the Riu Grand Palace to ground transportation, all these aspects were excellent.
