Five Star Experience with Tours by Isabelle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My sister and I booked the Whitney and Laura Plantation tour while celebrating her 40th birthday in New Orleans, and choosing Tours by Isabelle was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. Isabelle picked us up, guided us through the day, and created an experience that exceeded every expectation we had. We loved being part of a smaller group because it felt personal and allowed us to ask questions along the way. Isabelle was incredibly knowledgeable and shared history in a way that was engaging, respectful, and unforgettable. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the care she gives to every detail. At Laura Plantation, we had a separate guide who walked us through the grounds and history there. At Whitney Plantation, the experience was self-guided and deeply moving. Having Isabelle with us for the overall tour added context, insight, and a sense of continuity that made both visits even more meaningful. She was friendly, organized, and everything you hope for in a guide. We are so grateful we booked with her and would absolutely recommend Tours by Isabelle to anyone visiting New Orleans. We had a great day with Isabelle, weather meant a last minute change of plans due to Whitney being closed but Isabelle came with a new plan. Isabelle’s knowledge and passion made the day. I strongly recommend Tours by Isabelle who from booking online in the UK to pick from and return to our hotel in the French Quarter was exceptional. Relaxed, knowledgeable and enthusiastic from start to finish.

Isabelle made booking easy, and Giselle was an amazing tour guide! They are both very knowledgeable about the area and made fantastic local suggestions. If you wanna actually see alligators and hear some amazing history about the area, this is the tour for you!!! Not to mention she got us on the front of the boat (if ya know, ya know)…Basically, look no further! I highly recommend this company!!!

Isabelle brought us to our airboat tour. She picked us up from our hotel in a very clean and professional van. Along the way she provided us lots of information about New Orleans including maps to look at! She was very friendly and polite. Would definitely book again with her! Also really enjoyed the Ragin Cajun tour! Thank you!

An absolute must do! Tours by Isabelle is a great tour. I have been to New Orleans many times and never done a tour. I picked this one as the reviews were great, and I have to agree. Communication was fantastic! The day before they confirm pick up time. They promptly picked us up on time. We had 5 others in our group so it was small and cozy group which I enjoyed not having 20-30 people on the tour. But this is where the tour shined. Isabelle was an amazing tour guide from the moment we got on the van. She really loves the city and it shows. We took about a 25 min ride to the airboat tour the whole while getting so much information about the city. The airboat tour was everything you could want and more and we had a fantastic captain. As soon as we got off Isabelle was waiting for us. After a few minutes we were off to the Plantation. A short 10 minute ride later, with lots of more information we were at our destination. We joined a fantastic informative tour of the plantation. Afterwards, Isabelle meet the group and even gave us more information about the plantation and times back then. Spent a little time at the gift shop and walking around the plantation. The ride back was just as interesting as the ride there. I had the best tour and learned so much! Isabelle is amazing and will plan to book more tours with her again.
