This Company got a hold of my Credit card information and charged me $288.88. I'm fighting it. They will not answer or respond to my phone calls. Stay away from these people. Somehow when calling Jet Blue they got on the line and said they were Jet Blue and were not. They asked for my reservations and then charged my credit card. Jet Blue said they do not represent them but they answered the call I made and said they were Jet Blue. Look at other people who have had the same problem. This is a scam.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I called this company back in January to book travel for my three grandsons. Talked with a guy named Joseph who assured me me grandsons would be traveling as unaccompanied minors. He charged me $361+ stating it was required by the airlines. When I checked them in at the airport I asked for their escort. I was told since my one grandson was 16 that no escort was required. I then questioned if I was going to receive a refund since the service is not being provided nor required. I was told I never paid for the service. I requested a refund from Tour Cruisers and was told they do not give refunds. I contacted my credit card and placed a dispute but was told they can’t help me because Tour Cruisers is refusing to refund my payment. Moral of the story, BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGH SCAM.

I called frontier airlines and spoke to Nathan, he was very helpful, since I had questions. He made my reservations so easy. It's nice to talk to someone, rater than on line and maybe you will get nathan!

Our experience has been a NIGHTMARE! BEWARE of this company because they are a SCAM!!!! They charged our credit card 6 different times while we were under the pretense (because we were told by “Scott”) that he worked for Jet Blue. He gave us a direct line to reach him and when we disputed the charges, the phone kept ringing without any way to leave a message. And for the past few days I’ve been being HARASSED and asked why I am disputing the charges their company charged while claiming they worked for Jet Blue. He was extremely rude and starting raising his voice when I flat out told him what he is doing is COMMITTING FRAUD. He then proceeded to say “you’re not getting the rest of your money back” and hung up on me. If you try and book through Jet Blue….. be very very VERY careful because this company is somehow infiltrating their database and setting up FAKE itineraries and stealing and using your credit card information!!!!!!!
