I did not speak Spanish😂 but this is the quickest and affordable option to travel to Mexico. I recommend buying tickets online. But they are very nice and accommodating and they will whip out their Google translater FAST😁😁 This is a Hispanic friendly transportation company so knowing some Spanish is helpful!!!

Expensive tickets, late buses, and rude employees who are terminally unable to admit their own faults. Avoid this poor excuse for a bus company. You’re better off hitchhiking.

This company had a good schedule on rides that is the main reason I picked it. However, I did not like that when I arrived to the office they told me the bus had already passed by there( it wasn’t even take off time yet) they had to call and see if it would come by. Lady at desk was not rude, she was helpful, but I was disappointed that I wouldn’t get home that day.. luckily the bus did show up an hour later. We had to get off in San Antonio because they had to do bus maintenance ( I thought it was a straight ride home with only one stop for food). The bus driver was nice and drove pretty fast and safe. If I need to take a bus again regardless these two things I didn’t like.. I’d probably go with them.. hopefully my experience is different next time.

Either newly built or recently renovated but this place is very nice and clean. The only con is the amount of time the bus took to get here. Originally take off time was 11am. The bus did not arrive until 11:45 and still took about 15-20 minutes to load all the people on. But I’ve seen similar situations at other bus stations. So I can’t complaint about it too much. The buses are nice and provide WiFi and power connections. Very similar to Megabus. The advantage of this bus to other buses is that less frequent stop. So you get to your destination a little faster than other lines.
