What bothered me the most was their lack of professionalism. - I did not get any confirmation 2 weeks after making a reservation. I finally had to call them and got a text when I asked to send me some sort of confirmation. - When I asked them to send me the schedule in advance, they said, "check the homepage". - The guide did not have the same information and accused me of failing to make a reservation. I had to show him my bank statement. - They changed the departure time from 9 to 9:30 then to 8 a.m. They let me know via texts. - The guide shared too much unnecessary stories about himself.

As I was planning my very first trip back to Korea in over 45 years, I couldn’t figure out how to connect from Incheon to Busan, flying on non Korean Air. So I’ve reached out to Top Travel to ask how that’s acquired and also to compare their prices to online pricing. When the lady who answered the phone heard that I was looking online for ticket prices, she had no interest in answering my questions at all. She kept telling me “you’re going to book it online so go look online”! First of, I never said I was going to book online and I even told her if her prices were better, than I would book through them. She’s couldn’t even take a few seconds to check what their prices were. I guess she thought she wasn’t getting my business when I told her I was looking online so she didn’t want to be bothered! And she’s absolutely right, she won’t be getting my business anymore! She was very unprofessional and rude! I would not recommend Top Travel to anyone! Ps. I’ve called Hans Travel in Va and the lady was so courteous and informative. She told me I had to catch the connecting flight to Busan from Gimpo Airport, not Incheon. No wonder I couldn’t find the info when I put in Incheon airport as the departing airport to Busan. Was this that hard or time consuming for the Top Travel agent to inform their potential customer?? Top Travel needs to do better!
