I was in the ICU two weeks ago. My discharge orders were for lab work every 2 weeks. I went there today and successfully wasted an hour. They sent me home without my lab work being done. I'm extremely disappointed with the whole situation.

What I like about it is first off the air medics and flight crew. The chopper is in great condition and I live 5 minutes away as the crow fly's. If I have to run to Primary and perform a surgery and they're not full they will always be happy to take me and my dogs. God bless them all day.

The nurses were awesome, do was awesome, anesthesiologist was awesome. Overall, great bedside manner and, for being there for a procedure/surgery, it was easier to go through because they were super professional and super kind.
