The airport associate was extremely rude and hostile the entire time we were there. Demanding fuel orders and not accepting that we would call it in the next day. Also, the entire time, demanding, not asking, demanding that we leave a credit card even though no services were given until after we left the first night. At a normal FBO you pay before you leave. You don’t leave credit cards. He raised his voice and stormed off twice when he didn’t get the answer he wanted. Then charged $150 fee on top of fuel purchase. Just not a very pleasant person to deal with.

Stopped in for fuel in our J-3 Cub & had to stay due to afternoon thunderstorms. Manager Mike Smith was extremely helpful and accommodating. Best fuel prices around, helped us shelter the cub in a hangar for the night & took care of our transportation needs. If your near here stop by, highly recommend!

Stopped by Russell Field on my way to Hilton Head -didn't realize I left off my r-wing gas cap until I arrived in SC - called Russell Field and left a voice message - They not only went out on the runway and found my cap but fed express it to me in SC. Stopped by on my return - they wouldn't take a reimbursement for charges - just said 'stop by again'. Its very difficult to find nice, honest, courteous people these days ---- these guys are the best!! I'll stop again anytime I'm in the area and would recommend you do the same. . BTW - they have great fuel prices too!!

great support from a/p manager. helped with getting thru gate after hours. BUT be aware of overnight parking fees for turboprop and jet aircraft. Jet fees start at $130.
