We have used The Parking Spot South several times, and they never disappoint. The check-in process is quick and easy, the shuttles run constantly, and the drivers are always friendly and helpful with luggage. The lot feels safe, well-lit, and clean — even when I return late at night. What I really appreciate is how smooth the pickup process is at the airport — I never have to wait long, and the drivers always greet me with a smile. The app makes it super easy to reserve a spot, check shuttle locations, and pay ahead of time. Overall, The Parking Spot South is reliable, convenient, and well-run — I wouldn’t park anywhere else when flying out of Phoenix! ✈️🚗

Everyone that we've encountered that works there are super nice & very helpful. It's never any hassles & is easy on the pockets. The drivers are A+! At this location we never wait a long time for the bus in either direction. We ONLY use this lot to park, going back as far as when it was Blue Sky. We wondered if it would change when it became The Parking Spot, but it's only gotten better & easier. The app is great when you get back into town & for booking.

The services provided by The Parking Spot itself was very good as in the past. I made a mistake by trying to safe a few dollars by using a 3rd party called SpotHero to make the reservation. The first day of a short reservation, I needed to adjust my entry time by 30 mins so I could enter the facility and they charged me an extra $20.55, which was about half of the cost of the entire charge. I have contacted them three times in writing explaining in detail why the charge was improper, but to date have refused to reverse the extra charge. I will do my best to never use SpotHero again and deal direct with The Parking Spot. I suggest other avoid them as well.

This place is so convenient. They are ready with a shuttle almost immediately, meaning; you won't miss your flight due to a long shuttle wait. Pick up is prompt as well. The drivers handle your baggage from car to curb, & vice-versa. Your vehicle is parked in a secured, shaded area. I've used others, but I am now a repeat customer at the Parking Spot.

I've been parking at that location since it was blue sky many years ago. I remember when parking spot purchased blue sky and I've never looked back. The lot is clean well lit and well attended. The drivers are very nice and helpful. I wanted to give a shout out for today June 27 to Chauncey. My driver. He deserves many kudos. He was very polite and attentive. He helped me with my three bags as well as taking care of my smart cart. I gave him a pretty nice tip and he looked at me. Are you sure you don't want change very sincere. I looked at him and I said nope I said you have been awesome you drive excellent And I am always happy to come to this location. .
