*1/5 stars - A Nightmare of Incompetence and Rudeness* Our encounter with this parking service near George Bush Airport was a masterclass in frustration and disrespect. The utter lack of clear signage and directions left us bewildered, like ships without anchors. The Toro app, touted as a convenience, became a source of confusion, with no indication of which lane to use or where to proceed after parking. The staff member's behavior was nothing short of appalling. Petty and inflexible, he refused to open the lane unless we entered through the "correct" one, forcing us to backtrack while berating us to "read the signs" that didn't even exist. The disorganization was staggering, with some lanes closed and others open, leaving us to navigate a labyrinth without a map. The absence of guidance was so profound that we relied on the kindness of strangers – pedestrians who pointed us toward the key box – to even retrieve our keys. My husband had to resort to triggering the alarm button just to locate our vehicle. It was like they expected us to possess some sort of insider knowledge that no one bothered to share. The final insult came when I returned to the front desk to ask for clarification on the signs the staff member had yelled about. Instead of assistance, I received hostility and a summoned colleague who took pictures of me and demanded I roll down my window as I prepared to leave. This was not just unprofessional; it was a stark demonstration of disdain for customers. To anyone considering this parking service, be warned: you will need thick skin and a healthy dose of luck. The staff's apathy and rudeness are not just a product of bad days – they're a systemic failure. Avoid this parking service at all costs. Your sanity and dignity will thank you.

I have used other Parking Spot locations. This one is horrible. Crystal was helpful, and this review is not a reflection of her at all. She did everything she could to help us. With that being said, we were trapped in the lot for 30 minutes. The system was down when we came in and when we exited which meant there was no record or timestamps associated with our reservation. As a result, we couldn’t leave. The QR code we had didn’t have a transaction associated with it, so the arm wouldn’t raise. We had to wait for a supervisor to come lift the gate for us and then wait for Crystal to come help us so we could finally exit. This location needs to work on their “system,” especially if it’s going down as frequently as it seems to be. Thank you, Crystal for helping us finally exit the lot so we could get home. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

Do not recommend using unless it’s a last resort. I have tried them multiple times during different travel days and times and it is consistently bad. Wait has always been over 25 minutes for a shuttle in their parking lot. If you are looking for parking and hoping for a good experience I recommend parking at Fine down the street instead of dealing with this lot.

We have used Park N Fly for 7 years, and never had any issues. Since it switched to The Parking Spot, we’ve had multiple, awful travel experiences. Most recently, we parked for a Friday-Tuesday trip for $82. Upon arrival, we were forgotten in the parking lot with our 3m old baby (in Texas July heat). We waited for more than 10m and then had to call 2 different numbers to finally get through to someone who could send a shuttle back to us. Once the shuttle picked us up, we had to ask people to move around because there was only ONE working seatbelt on the bus to secure our baby’s car seat. We rode the shuttle for nearly 45m before we were dropped off at the terminal. Our driver was very kind and polite, but kept being denied permission to take us to the terminal until every seat was full. They were more worried about packing the shuttle like sardines than giving good customer service. We nearly missed our flight because of this experience despite getting to the airport more than 2h before our flight. Upon returning, we waited 45m for a shuttle at the airport. We again had to call multiple numbers to finally reach someone to send a shuttle to us. We didn’t make it back to our car until 90m after our flight had landed. I absolutely do not recommend this airport parking location, there are many better options for families.

You wait forever (>45 min) to get picked up to be taken to the terminal. Had to order an Uber to get to the airport in order to not miss flight. Barely made the flight before boarding doors closed. Go elsewhere. We will not be paying for services there were not rendered. UPDATE: After interactions with their management regarding this service failure, I can say that they do seem to be at least attempting to remedy these issues. This does appear to be quite common on the uncovered parking and less common on covered (not shocking). Further, I reiterated that at the time of entry it was by reservation only so they knew exactly how many people would be arriving, and when. With that information appropriate staffing and asset resourcing levels can be defined making this further inexcusable. Lastly, they did their best to make it right for the additional burden, stress, and additional financial cost it took to get to the airport from their facility that should have been complimentary and included. For that, I am thankful.
