Customer service lacking. I usually park here. It’s a somewhat decent price ($70 for the weekend with a discount) but in the past its been worth it and the employees are nice. When I show up this time though the lady at the front said no words to me except to park in row A. Gave me a little attitude when I clarified row A because she was soft spoken. I was pleasant and respectful so that threw me off. Whatever. Bus ride there was great. Guy helped me load and unload my luggage as usual. Nice guy, so I tipped (i have every time). On the way back however, I walk up to the bus say hello, how are you :) the usual. He returns it. It was a different guy from before. This time he didn’t help me load my luggage on. Fine whatever. I’m a woman traveling by myself but my luggage is small and i can manage it up the stairs. I put it in the stow. He drops the only other customer off first (a man) and stands up and helps him load his luggage down. Drops me off next and doesn’t stand up or bother offering to help me with my luggage at all. I didn’t tip. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but he helped the other man with his luggage and not a woman? I’ve used this parking with my husband multiple times before and they have ALWAYS helped the luggage on and off the bus stairs, but not now that I’m by myself? Hate to say it but it feels sexist. Probably won’t park here again :/

We have nothing but good things to say about the parking spot. Their service is good quality and very dependable. We love that they pick us up right as we get out of the car in the parking lot. They are always quick to get us to the airport. Once we return, we don’t have to wait long at all to get on the shuttle and back to our car. We also love that there’s ice cold water as we exit the lot. I also love that we get discounts and free days the more we use your company. I recommend parking at the parking spot!.

I traveled alone in the early hours of the morning and later in the evening. The service was affordable, easy to use, very efficient and safe. The wait times for the shuttle were less than 5 minutes. The drivers were kind and helpful. I will definitely use this service again.

I was traveling solo with an infant and quite a bit of gear. On both sides of my trip, both drivers were beyond helpful. They were patient with us when I had to take the car seat out of my car and then again when I had to break down the stroller so we could load up on the bus. In a time when kindness & patience sometimes feel like afterthoughts, I was so struck by the kindness these 2 men showed my son & I.

I have used Spot in four different states over the years while traveling with no problems log on book my reservation,pick me up promptly at the garage,airport, return no problems with my vehicle. Maybe it was bad timing,but this was the worst drivers ,raggedy looking bus drivers I have ever seen. I had serval bags and the driver was preoccupied with his phone . After I loaded all my bags he acted like he was trying to help. On the way from the airport dude was driving slower than than the speed limit,kept looking at me. I called my brother and put him on speaker phone cuz dude acted like he wanted to say or do some wacked mess. Arrived at garage my brother was still on the phone , told the driver the row and make of my vehicle driver was on the wrong side ,passed the vehicle had to make another circle before my vehicle arrived he put the bus in park and whipped out his cell phone. Stepped off the bus first thing I noticed bird poop all on my ride, I scanned around noticed it's on other vehicles and the office building. This is unacceptable there are services and devices to deter birds humanely. Parking $80,000 vehicles in the garage with a pigeon problem. The first driver that picked me up at the garage had similar attitude I only had two bags so he assumed I could handle it.He too was locked in on his phone looking like Mr. Scrappy. If they want a tip then they need to do things that earn them a tip. If the drivers don't help or offer to help me with my bags I'm not tipping them. I paid my parking fee which includes a shuttle ride. Appearance to lot one is pitiful, I arrived at the garage there was some fast food garbage in the parking spot near me. I returned four days later same fast food garbage. Drivers attire were sloppy both drivers looked like they jumped out of an airplane, scruffy looking needed to comb their hair and shave or keep their facial hair trimmed,looking like athey rolled out out bed and came to work. If an when I come to Phoneix I will used another service cuz this was to much drama for me. Rate change I don't think it's fair to be changing the rate you book online for $16 and the rate could jump to $30 in a few days for mid week travel,with no events in the area this is suspect. I haven't tried all the locations in Phoenix...lot 1 made me not want to deal with another unkempt lazy Spot driver. Like I said I have used four other locations drivers looked clean,fresh helped with my bags without asking. The supervisor may want to have a random alcohol and drug test to make sure the drivers are operating sober.

Very convenient. The drivers are always nice. I’ve never had to wait too long for a shuttle ride to or from the airport. Easy to reserve and pay. Being a Southwest Airlines credit card member is a plus, easy to rack up points for free parking rewards.
