I park here regularly and it’s regularly inconsistent. Plan to wait. The drivers are generally very friendly though. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s horrible. Sometimes you have to wait less than 5 minutes, others like today I’ve been waiting for almost 30 min for a shuttle. It’s peak hours and for an operation of this scale that’s unacceptable.

Amazing customer service. I pulled in at 4am and was so kindly and warmly greeted by the person at the check in gate and given clear directions. I thought I was going to have to call the shuttle according to the website if it’s before 6am but they came right to my car to pick me up. The driver was also so kind and helpful and greeted me with a warm smile. It was a really nice way to start a very early morning and a long day of traveling. I highly recommend the parking spot and just want to thank the employees for their kindness.

Why only 3 stars in my review? Because of the saturation email after the booking. Do they really think that I am going to decide to go to Europe for 10 days because of a sale on parking? Other than saturation email afterward, we had a great first experience. Booking was extremely easy and what a luxury to have them pick you up at your vehicle and and drop you off at your vehicle. Great driver.

When we pulled up at ticket office area. I asked the gentleman what we needed to do with the QR code and he rudely said you need to back up. So we did then I pulled back up showed the gentleman what printed and he said go park in G. No map no instructions as to where G was located. The signage would’ve helped if the lettering was on the front and the back of the signs so you would’ve had an idea of which area G was in. We paid extra to have covered parking and this is what I came back to see the picture below. They certainly could have protected my vehicle from them cutting the grass. The only part that was great about choosing the parking spot was when we finally got home and walked to the gate area. The bus was already there waiting. A very nice lady helped us to get to our vehicle
