Fast and efficient parking service. There is always plenty of parking spots, and their shuttle service to/from the airport is quick and timely. The drivers are always helpful and friendly. Their rewards program offers a discount in the price, and you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes for the shuttle service! Highly recommend this location for your parking needs, and the prices are much better than any other location in the area!

For many years I've used way.com to schedule airport parking but they are a nightmare and will sometimes change your reservation at the last minute to a dump parking lot. So I decided I will never again book through way.com again. I finally broke down and went with The Parking Spot even though the cost is a bit higher. Man am I glad I did and it was worth every penny!! My experience with The Parking Spot was fantastic! The parking is well lit and very safe. They pick you up right where you park and help you with your bags. When we returned the shuttle was waiting for us and we didn't have to wait at all. They dropped us off right at our car and helped us again with our bags. They even give you a nice cold water as you leave. The customer service was top notch and I'll never park anywhere else! Kudos to the manager Tony who runs a top notch operation. Also, Stacy who checked us in and was very kind. Our shuttle drive Oliver was awesome as well as Chucky who helped us get the cold water and Chino his brother. The Parking Spot is now my new permanent parking spot.

The employees were kind and helpful. The bus driver made sure we parked in the correct spot and loaded our luggage in the bus. When our flight landed we arrived at the assigned place and the bus was already waiting on us. The driver was kind and helpful and loaded everyone's luggage. Upon return to The Parking Spot the driver took us directly to my vehicle and unloaded the luggage. I can't say enough about this place, 10/10 rating. Definitely not the cheapest, but without a doubt is the best I've used. The app is also easy to use.

Use this service every time I fly out of MCO. Easy and streamlined process, with such an incredible staff. Parking, reservations, checking in and out, are all a breeze. The shuttle is quick, and drivers are timely, responsive, and kind. Tony, the General Manager, is helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond - as does the entire team. I had car issues during a recent reservation, and Tony completely saved the day. I am so grateful. I’d recommend to all!

The parking spot is easy and convenient. They pick you up as soon as you park and help you load your luggage. Drop off is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Is easy to make online reservations. Upon return did not have to wait for a shuttle pick up. I will continue to use The Parking Spot in the future!
