I just wanted to reach out and personally thank Dan Hern for all of his help during the purchase of our new Cessna 182. From day one, Dan made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to answer every question, kept us updated every step of the way, and truly made us feel like we were in great hands. What really stood out is that even after the aircraft was delivered, he still checked in and continued to be a resource for us. That kind of follow-through means a great deal. I also want to recognize the rest of the Textron Aviation team in Wichita who played a role in the delivery and training. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. It honestly felt like a true team effort, and it made the entire experience that much more memorable. I was seriously taken aback by the behavior of an employee who openly represents this company online. Their comments were not only inappropriate, but downright offensive — and they’re doing so while clearly tied to this business. When someone publicly links themselves to a company, their words and actions become a reflection of that brand. If this is the kind of person they choose to employ and allow to represent them, it says a lot about their internal culture and values. It’s disappointing and honestly makes me question the company’s credibility and judgment. Do better.
