My family had a great experience 10/28/23. I thought the free candy airdrop was unique. I was able to park in minutes and drive away within 10 minutes with considerable traffic both leaving and arriving. I saw what looked like ROTC or army reserves directing traffic. There was also a police auxiliary directing traffic and crowd flows at the parking gates. Plenty of food and drink vendors. We met the future restaurant chef who was giving away free samples, and even were greeted by the mayor while in line for the hayride. My kids went inside airplanes, a police cruise, and a TMLP bucket truck. Great job to everyone who organized this event!

taunton municipal airport, you should be ashamed of yourselves. that was an awful display today, 10/28/23, to promote a candy drop then drop 3 small bags, kids were getting hurt and crying and lucky if they got 1 piece. having no one to direct traffic on the way out and seeing multiple children and adults almost getting run over. then had teenagers who didn’t have a clue try to direct traffic. awful awful experience and i wouldn’t give them a dime or take my children to see the planes there ever. 🤯😡

Had a wonderful experience today at KTAN. Flew our King Air 200 in so our company could conduct business in town. We weren’t sure what to expect as the old building was closed, but Jan and Dianne made our pilots feel welcome for the 6 hour stay. They both seem to have a passion for aviation and the airport in general. Looking forward to coming back soon!
