Horrible customer service. Flights cancelled and left at the airport with no help to re book,( with our children) no refund either. Then our bags were not checked through when we were re booked…now tap has lost our suitcase. I’ve been chasing it up for 4 days. On the phone for hours and no one can help. The suitcase has very important items in it. This experience over the past month has been very stressful. It is mind blowing how bad the service has been and how much stress and extra money this has cost us. Never again. Please someone from tap get in contact with us and help out. Stop passing me back and forth with no answers.

The customer service was great. My flight was rebook in automatic and I was on trouble. I went to the office to get a solution. In 3 minutes she got me the best flight. Thank you TAP is a pleasure travelling with you

Flight from Amsterdam to Lisbon to Luanda to Caoe town.. Lufthanza cancelled our flights. And Air Portugal accomodated us at the last minute. Directions and check in was with out any problems. Even the tranfer in Lisbon was easy with lits of assistance. We were on our pkane in no time. Fantastic, friendly service. The food on the plane was very good. Our host in the plane was very attentive. Definately my first airline in the future!! 10 stars to you. Thank you.

Flight from Lisbon to Madeira. Flight attendants were morbid and unfriendly. No snack or meal is included in your flight ticket. You have to order something to eat off a menu and pay.
