This was my first time using a travel agency and they were super helpful over the phone and once we went in to purchase our tickets.

I recently used this travel agency to send some food to my family in Cuba, and what can I say... I had a horrible experience with them, I sent out a package that was worth $200 and was suppose to get to my family in one week. The package didn’t arrive till 3 weeks later, and when it finally arrived all the meat that was in the package was full of fat, when my aunt sent me the pictures of the meat I was furious, I didn’t pay for them to eat the “fat” from the meat, I wanted them to have meat. When I contacted the manager about the issue she told me not to worry that they would take care of it and the new meat would arrive a week after on a Tuesday, the meat didn’t arrive till Saturday. Overall I will not be using this company again, horrible experience!!!

Came in and I was having a crisis. My vehicle was stolen and my tires were slashed down to the metal. I was in the middle of a move so the car was loaded. It was in extreme chaos because they went through everything. He was so very understanding and profesional. He was extremely timely and pleasant. He went above and beyond for my situation. I would and will highly recommend him to everyone in need. This guy will not scam you. He is real and down to earth. He does solid work.
