2nd time I've arrived at an airport ready for my TAAG flight, only to be informed that my flight has been cancelled. I would encourage would-be customers to choose another airline to give your hard-earned money to.

The worst flight ever , we were treated like animals , which kind of compagny is this, 18 hours transit time , we slept at the airport seats so uncomfortable, we arrived at 5 am in Luanda waiting for our flight not even water they gave us and the cherry on top the flight was delayed again. Y’all need to fix things in your company , As for me Never again

Delays a huge problem. 1 Sept 2025 JHB (RSA) to Luanda more than 4 hours delayed. Connection flight to Lisbon a further 2 hours delayed. All passengers cramped in a small hall with little airconditioning. Today 13 Sept 2025 flight from Lisbon to Luanda delayed with one hour. Arrived in time for connecting flight to RSA Jhb only to be told that the flight is cancelled. Personnel cannot give any information only that we might fly back home tomorrow 14 Sept

Worst flight experience ever. The cabin crew is so rude & untidy. Seats won’t recline. The one flight had no tv screens, the one that had tv screens no headphones provided. Horrible meals(a bun & an orange really) why even bother. I’m never flying this airline again. If there was an option for 0 stars I’d give that!!! Having flown with Qatar Airways all my life( the level of excellency is outstanding). I regret taking this emergency trip with TAAG , very disappointing. Goodluck.

I'm not going to vent a lot because I'm tired but i am warning anyone reading this review. Don't FLY with Taag Angola. Don't waste your time and money. Trust me, even if you think you are saving some money, you aren't. You will be better off paying a little more for a better flight and comfort. I've given 1 star because I cant give less. Straight up disgusting service. 08/01/2023 I'm back again to edit my review. As expected, taag disappointed again. Flight cancelled without explanation, I'm missing my connecting flight to Madrid and they aren't willing to refund or find a different option for me. Horrible airline, please don't take

RUN! DONT FLY ANGOLA AIRLINES This is the worse airline experience I have had all my life. I flew from Houston to Lagos then to kenya and I had 13 hours layover in kenya they refused to give me a place to stay but I was able to leave the airport into the country so I took an hotel. Going back I had another layover in Angola during my check in I tried to upgrade my ticket to business but the refused saying I have to call a third party that tends to be my agent, there was nothing I didn’t tell them to change but claimed business was full just to get me going surprisingly when I boarded I noticed there were only 3 people in business and approached them again to change they refused. I arrived Angola went to boarding counter 20 where I’m supposed to fly. Although my flight was for the next day morning at 7am but why wait 13 hours when they could have just checked me into the flight that was leaving 9pm same day while I was there already at 7pm and the people getting ready to board weren’t as much. I beg and beg to join the flight they refused and even offered to pay they refused. I then tried to go out of the airport to get a hotel but security operatives were reluctant to let me go out because of the risk of losing my flight next day which I understand because we don’t know what to expect out there. They decided to take me to the TAAG lounge to rest there but the lady insisted I most have a business class ticket to seat I even offered her to pay for the period I will be there but she still refused I called the customer service explained nothing called beg and offer to pay what ever I just needed to rest at this point because my wife was already getting sick she refused and called the police and this guys came walked us out that me and my wife and to lay on the floor of the airport. This is the worse moment of my life and I pray for every one abroad to pls take this review seriously and don’t think your cases would be different. This could happen to anyone and there won’t be any form of diplomacy around this people. I am going to share were I ended up sleeping and the lady’s information in the lounge who made my day miserable. Pls trust me any slightest thing go wrong You are done! DONT FLY ANGOLA AIRLINES
