I’m guessing by the other reviews this is for the longe. So I am reviewing the lounge here. Food was ok, not bad, but limited. Drinks good! Staff - terrible, front desk rude and unhelpful, gives off that she wants to be anywhere but at work. Just sat on her phone, ignoring guests. Staff in the lounge ok, but again, nothing special. Would go to other longes. But this is really the only option on priority pass

A real nightmare to get too.....you have to take a shuttle bus just to get in a hour long line.... The food is ok the lounge is small one ⭐️ is all they get from me!!!

One of the trashiest lounges at Terminal 5. Save yourself and get a burger king meal.
