While waiting in line Patricia targeted a woman with a carry on bag that was clearly small enough. She kept saying it was over the yellow line when measuring it and caused a scene. The flight attendants came out to diffuse it and confirmed the woman’s bag was fine. While walking onto the plane Patricia said “I’ll probably get a promotion.”

I was flying out of RSW on Avelo today August 15,2025. I had the most amazing experience with one of your agents Lisa at the ticket counter. My bag was too large for a carryon and explained all my options! She was so sweet and understanding and helped me so much! She is a wonderful employee and made my day so much better.

Patricia at Swiss port at RSW (fort Myers) was horrible. Extremely rude and singling out people randomly claiming their bags were too big when they clearly were the correct size for a carry on. Caused a scene at the gate for no reason and was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My flight was delayed an hour at Fort Myers so I was waiting by my gate for a while. I watched as the gate agent Lisa was so kind and welcoming to everyone even as people were frustrated with the delay. She didn't fail to welcome every single passenger from the flight that was deboarding and took the time to thank the passengers who she checked in. She made the waiting process enjoyable - someone should give her a raise :)
