The new check-in kiosk system will cause more problems than it will fix it. The biggest issue that I see will be the dock doors. If a driver is given a door number before they even arrive will not work. The driver should back to a dock door, go inside and enter the dock door number into the kiosk. I'm sure that it will be a WHILE until (If at all) this new check in system runs smoothly.

Really disappointing service. Have been here several times to pick up cargo. Service varies from generally disordered to totally disorganized. During my most recent visit they let other companies skip ahead of me and explained I was a lower priority.

It's always a hassle, no one helps you and they are very slow both when sending and receiving.

Swissport is a Joke: Run, Don't Walk, Away from This Company. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. Swissport is arguably the most disorganized and disrespectful employer I have ever encountered. The entire operation is built on chaos, a complete disregard for employee work-life balance, and broken promises from the moment you accept the offer. The operational negligence is staggering. You are constantly subjected to unrequested and unapproved schedule changes, making any attempt to plan your life impossible. Furthermore, they hire you under the pretense of one specific role only to immediately dump you elsewhere without notice or adequate training. The schedule release process is a nightmare: you are left waiting all night, forced to check your device hours before your shift starts in the early morning, praying you haven't already missed a change. The Operations Control Center (OCC) is monumentally unprofessional. If you try to call for clarification or assistance, they are quick to hang up, treat you like an inconvenience, and will consistently give you the run-around with pathetic excuses. There is no sense of care, respect, or responsibility. This culture of dysfunction starts at the top: the management and leadership are a complete joke, fostering a toxic environment where employees are disposable and the rules are arbitrary. Do yourself a massive favor and look for employment elsewhere. Swissport is a catastrophic place to work and should be avoided at all costs.
