Sun country Orlando. I will never in my life fly sun country again. I have the smallest carry on. I flew with it from msp to Orlando. Go to get home, it fit completely fine under my seat to Orlando, and they charged me $65 like THIRSTY VULTURES ONLY FOR ME TO JUST FLY BACK WITH IT UNDER MY SEAT. I used to love sun country. I have a large family of 7. I don't know when they nazi policy came into affect to nickle and dime people, but you lost 7 customers that will now stick to delta. Your airline should be ashamed. YOUR AIRLINE IS RACIST. YOUR WORKERS AT ORLANDO ARE MONEY HUNGRY. THE SPACE UNDER THE SEAT IS 2X LARGER THEN THE SMALL PERSONAL BIN AT ORLANDO. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED. ILL NEVER IN MY LIFE FLY SUN COUNTRY AGAIN.

My wife and I flew from Cancun, Mexico to Fort Myers, Florida without a problem. The flight was affordable and on time, the staff courteous and our luggage was retrieved very quickly. The captain even came out of the cockpit to wish us a happy holiday. I would fly with this airline again and I highly recommend it.

Day 4 no suitcase keep getting run around. Spent countless hours on hold no one seems to know anything. Very disappointed in my home town Airline.🤨

Rinky dink operation and very bad customer service. Employees take zero pride in their work. Seriously bad on-time percentage and management could care less about fixing any issues going on. Stay far away!!

Our return flight was delayed and ultimately canceled without explanation. The next day we went to the airport, and even though we had assigned seats, we weren't given seats. We had to wait and pray for seats once we got to the gate. There was no guarantee we'd be flying home. Then the flight that was supposed to leave Minneapolis at 4:25 p.m. finally departed at almost 8 p.m., the time we should have arrived in Tampa. No explanations. We started the year in Uber thanks to Sun Country. I hope I never fly with them again. It's better to pay a little more and fly with peace of mind without having to incur extra hotel or Uber expenses and without any compensation from the airline.
