Accidentally I hit the side mirror of a car with mine, the person in the other car got crazy and hit my car with her hands several times, we argue, she tried to punch me and even throw my flip-flop, she left and ran in her car, I chased her. I called 911. She called an ambulance. Police officers charged me with assault and unsafe change of lane. This is crazy, unfair and a huge concern. I had to pay for a lawyer and citations. Definitely this is the justice system we don't want for our kids...

Horrible experience. they tell you to be there at 1 pm, but you can spend hours there. they have no consideration for your time. There’s no information given about the structure. you’re not even in a court room. you’re in some other room that’s not labeled. My police officer was on a scheduled vacation so he was not there for the trial, but instead of dismissing the ticket they wanted to reschedule it even though I have made all kinds of arrangements to be there. When I was asked why I was not notified that they requested to change it. they told me they notify my attorney two days prior however when I saw the notification the, at court, that was sent two days prior, it did not have an actual new court date it was just a motion to postpone the trial. The judge didn’t sign it until the next day at which point they scheduled a new date, then it was communicated to my attorney with less than 24 hours before my trial. They showed me the fax communication that was sent to my attorney is dated at 2:34 PM. Even with all that they still would not dismiss my case. The saddest thing was seeing all the brown people as defendants and most of the jurors were white males. Sugar land You can’t deny this because any given day anyone can go to your court and see with their own eyes the rows of defendants that are brown and the white jurors with the labels on their chest.

They tell you to be there at 9 on a day they don’t have traffic court, then try to make you pay 700$ for not having registration on a car not even worth 700$, then they tell you they can arrest you because of their mistake.
