Had lunch today, Tuesday March 7th 2023. It was good, I had the blackened shrimp burger and sweet potato fries 🍟. It was filling but not enough shrimp like I am used to. Els Diner in Morehead NC rocks, they stack the shrimp 🦐 on the bun. Met some new friends. We enjoyed watching the planes coming in, fueling ⛽ and taking off. They have complimentary popcorn, coffee, water, breath mints, and cookies. The place is immaculate, can't say enough about the cleanliness of the entire area including the bathroom. We visited the Stennis Airport's Hallowings Flight Fest and had a great time.

The restaurant upstairs is the only reason to stop here. Million Air sent me to the worst hotel in the area. The worst hotel that I have stayed at in decades. Million Air charged me for tie down even though no one came out and I tied down myself. The food was good and there was cool stuff in the hanger next door.

Good experiences! Friendly FBO staff, a great selection of drinks and snacks. Clean inside with plenty of seating. The fuel priced fair, the restaurant upstairs is great! I’ve never been disappointed with the food!

My family is VERY disappointed in the Fly-In today - especially my 11-year-old grandson. He was excited about his first chance to fly in an airplane, but it did not happen. The posted event says "EAA’s Young Eagles program is dedicated to giving youth ages 8–17 an opportunity to fly in a general aviation airplane. The flights are offered free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis and are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers." My family arrived at 7:30 am and even helped you set up. Grandson was the first youth there ... first-come-first-served? NOT true! They were told there was supposedly a place to sign up online that is not stated in the event posted. My son showed the event description to workers. It did not help. My grandson was not allowed to fly. Shame on this event!
