Mike worked patiently and tirelessly to plan and arrange the many details of our Alaskan Cruise. There are many moving parts and it is helpful to have someone who is very knowledgeable about travel and has had past dealings with the cruiselines and knows what to expect. Mike has many decades of personal travel experience and he made every effort to share his accumulated wisdom with us. His guidance to arrive a day in advance of our scheduled embarkation kept us from missing the ship. Our flights were rescheduled both before and during the trip and because of traveling a day ahead we avoided the stress of missing our cruise. When problems arose, Mike put forth every effort to assure we were taken care of in a fair and equitable way. He dealt honestly with us throughout the entire time. In our case we started the process without a travel agent, but when Mike got involved he was able to get a cabin upgrade for me and my cabin mate and we received several other perks directly from Mike as well. Alaska is beautiful and a wonderful and enjoyable way to see it is by cruise. The ship was beautiful and we were very pleased overall with the outcome.

Mike did an excellent job planning our cruise. He was very patient with us for it was our first. He imparted lot’s of helpful, and invaluable, advice. Because of him, we avoided many of the problems we’d heard about from other travelers. We would definitely recommend.

Michael Stella worked tirelessly on the arrangements for our Anniversary Cruise spending hours helping us decide what was best for us. Although my wife got a stroke before our Cruise and had to Cancel, Mr. Stella was very understanding and compassionate and worked many hours helping us get a refund. I have recommended his services to many of my friends. When my wife recovers, we will definitely use his services again.

It was certainly a delight to have worked with Mike tin planning a cruise for a group I travelled with. Although it was a short cruise, we were provided with reminders and updates to ensure there would be no shortfalls we would experience.
