I used them because of the great Sue Bruno. She is an excellent agent. If you are planning a cruise go to her! I needed airline tickets and her colleague, Carmen took great care of me. I even needed to change my flight and it was painless as Carmen handled all of the particulars. I will always use this agency!!!!!

I am reviewing Travel Leaders Vacation Center, specifically our agent, Carla Koller, who works in Potomac, MD. Carla planned a trip to Kenya for me, my husband, and our dear friends, Carole & Hunter. We traveled to Nairobi and then on to the Masai Mara for a week of safari adventures at Little Governor's Camp. I can't say enough about Carla's planning of this trip. She found amazing air fares, booked us at the beautiful Fairmont Hotel in Nairobi, scheduled us for a day of adventures in Nairobi, and made our reservations for our safari adventure. We had an incredible 12 day trip, experiencing daily safaris where we saw many more animals and birds than we could ever have imagined. Our visit was very personal, in that it allowed us to experience the people and culture of Kenya in an intimate fashion. The country and its people are beautiful, warm and friendly. All of our guides and drivers made each day special and educational. Carla set up the entire trip so that everything worked seamlessly. Her knowledge of the best places to visit and stay made this the trip of a lifetime for us and our friends. She was responsive to all our questions, and always got back to us quickly. Please choose Carla if you want to have a trip as memorable as ours was!

I will never use this travel agency again so many unexpected issues because we were not informed of additional charges as we reached our destination. We also had to put up with an agent name Mary with a horrible attitude. Never again.

They were helpful in every way, listen to my needs, and worked to achieve them.
