    The worst airline . Bad customer service in FLL airport location . More than 2 hours in a line kids crying, and people with medical conditions that can not even seat . This is unacceptable .

    My luggage has been missing for a week with my information tag including my phone number on it. And the staff is no help a bunch of passing me around, lies, and hanging up the phone.

    Update Jan 2025: I tried to use the credit and found out somebody stole it. After another month, it was still not fixed! They took $356 credit due after I contacted my credit card company. Several calls, emails, a certified letter, and a complaint to my Attorney General got me nothing. Update: After 6 months, I got the credit with a letter saying they didn't do anything wrong.

    Yesterday our flight was delayed, flight 1215 to Newark to be exact. Delayed first because of air traffic control, then delayed longer and then change back to original first delayed timing. Spirit then had everyone board the plane. Half hour later the pilot comes on saying because of Newark we are delayed on hour, an hour goes by and they tell us weโ€™re delayed another hour, all while being stuck on a plane. They then allow some to deboard of the plane and then make us all deboard the plan with no answers. Delayed it another hour at that point to then cancel the flight completely at 11pm! Flying with a toddler is hard of in it itself. We then go to guest services to rebook our flight and get our bags. To have to wait on line only to be told that there are no flights out of Newark or New York till Tuesday, 3 days later. The lady books us a two connecting flights one to Myrtle beach and the other to Atlantic City not telling us we were on standby. Emails me two different flights and prints us out a confirmation ticket with two other flights. Overall a lack of professionalism on so many parts
