    Until Sunday, I haven’t flown Spirit since college. I had to do a quick Saturday appointment down in Florida due to a relocation and needed a quick flight. Booked with Spirit, and was set ready to go. Unfortunately, being an idiot, I woke up 2 minutes before departure, so I technically missed my flight. I was able to reschedule my appointment for the next day so I changed my departure for same time next day at the ticket counter in Newark. I paid the $99 difference, I understand why they charge it, no big deal. I still needed to change my return flight, so I did that after the fact late afternoon. Unfortunately whoever I was speaking to over the sms changed my departure flight and reversed it so I did not have a departing flight and that mistake cost me $144. Being angry, I opened a complaint that would not be resolved in time. Sitting in my car I decided to go one last shot at having another agent correct this error. Holy cow did you guys not just correct it, but accommodated all the travel time modifications free of charge going above and beyond. I’m still pissed about the $144 extra that should have been $99 so minus one star but due to the chaos in the bigger New York airports and my frequent travels to the northeast I think I might do a second go with Spirit to Atlantic City next time around. Thank you guys!

    I've contacted Spirit about my complaint of their airline agent who falsified a report on my Fiancé and I...I want a response due to both your agents in Las Vegas at the airport and on the flight. Your guy served us alcohol once as well as no incidents on this flight. He gave you a false report about intoxication and abuse during the flight. This is once again discrimination and defamation of character. I refuse to let this go because alcohol is served in airports and on the flights. He's speaking about a 50mL of liquor he saw going to the trash can that was not consumed on the flight but further more to his report, he claimed intoxicated and abuse. Yallhave not yet to respond on this lie in your report. (IN) was the agent name and the female at the airport said I was rude for asking for their name. No, I'm smart because I know they was lying to make matters sound worse and because we are black you would believe them. It's a disgrace to just hear one side but also that it being a false report to Ban US and have no flight back from Vegas. This should be removed due to the fact he served us alcohol and his report is false. I haven't received any video, or told any mishaps or actions or abuse that caused (IN) your agent ro lie besides the fact we are a black couple. Respond and have the facts correct and allow my fiance and my name to be remofrom your BAN list. If you have thoroughly investigated this situation , Spirit would know we was not kicked off the flight going to Vegas and neither did we interrupt anything besides the gay flight attendant being jealous that he likes Men and we are a Women & Male Black Couple. We was given many emails to that we could return on our Spirit flight October 23rd, but once we got to the airport, but our luggage through the check bags and got to the gate, everything changed. Y'all thought we would be disrespectful to the crews but we wasn't, we got our bags back and found another flight next day, while my fiancé had to miss work due to Spirits disrespect and miscommunication in making us think we would be able to Return on the day picked. I've always liked Spirit but now that you have lies on board, I see why it's cheaper than most. Your BAN is unnecessary and your agents are LIERS!! You get what you pay for customers!

    Michael Carty Attachments 1:32 PM (6 minutes ago) to Spirit I received an email from Spirit that both ends of my flight have been altered. I used Spirit's chat option for a refund and received an error message every time. I waited online for a representative for over a half hour and was disconnected. I called and waited over an hour to speak to a representative. When I gave the last four digits of the card used for the trip, the representative claimed it was not that card and that I used a Mastercard. I assured him that I do not own a Mastercard. The purchase was made with the Visa I provided (I emailed Spirit a screenshot attachment for verification). I am requesting a refund for that Visa card . I find this to be a very shady way to conduct business, and it will affect my flight choices moving forward. I would like a refund to the card and the altered flight - which I cannot use - cancelled.     This was my first experience with this airline, and it was disappointing. We faced multiple delays, and during our second connection, we were told there was no pilot—after we had already boarded the plane. Still waiting and it’s almost midnight. I don’t think I will ever fly with Spirit again Update- 6:36 AM (next day)still waiting for a pilot after spending a long sleepless night. Last night we were told that they couldn’t find a pilot after we boarded. This morning after boarding we are still waiting for one. This airline must be the only airline that operates without first officers. Unbelievable!!
