You get what you pay for people. I am perfectly happy with the flight that I got from Chicago to Denver airport with Spirit Airlines. I knew that I was going on a discount Airline, I prepared ahead and made sure that my backpack was small enough to fit in their required size restrictions. I Agree with other reviewers that some of the staff people were unprepared and it seemed like the staff in some locations we're not exactly sure what was going on, but as I said from the beginning we get what we paid for.

Truely get what you pay for… I’ve an hr wait on the runway at both airports because of staff and bay space just robbed me of 2 hrs of my vacation. SMH 🤦♀️ taking Alaska next time.

Ridiculous delay (more than 7 hours due to missing screws that missed by maintenance but discovered by the pilots according to kiosk personnel), rude boarding personnel, dirty planes. 6 different personnel counted the number of passengers after the boarding and finally checked the boarding passes to figure the discrepancy on not matching passenger figures. Apparently, we waited extra for a late passenger.

If I had the chance to give them 0 stars I would gladly. Cancelled my flight and no help whatsoever, mediocre airline.

Thought I would give this a try and never again. Price was reasonable but after paying for a seat and the baggage (each way for both things) it was the same if not more than other airlines. When I get to the end of the booking and have paid for the seating and bags it gives an option to upgrade for a fraction of the price I just paid. When I get customer service to respond In the chat option they tell me best they can do is give me a credit because the seats i paid for 20 minutes ago are non refundable. No thank you, just lost money at that point. I won't be flying with them again. We'll see how the flight goes but my hopes are not high.
