Garbage airline and customer service. I will pay that extra dollar just to never fly with them ever in my life again.

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible experience!! I will never book a flight with them again! We waited in line to check in and when we got to the counter they refused to let my daughter on the fight that didn't leave for 40 more minutes. They told us she needed to be checked in 5 minutes sooner, even though we were waiting in line it didn't matter. They refused to let her check in for the flight!!! The lady was extremely rude to us and it was the worst experience I've ever had with any airline! Absolutely ridiculous! We booked tickets with another airline and will never try to fly with Spirit Airlines again!

Have been flying Spirit every month for the past six months and have had no problems. Only once we had a 30 minutes delay. Baggage usually beats be to the claim area. Oversized front seats are worth every penny. Attendants have a great sense of humor. 5000 miles gets you a free ticket.

I had no problems with my flight on time. but I have never come across such rude personnel. from the time I booked all the way through boarding.. Then once on the plane the airlines staff is so unprofessional.. I would rather walk to my destination before flying with them again.. The pilot was flirting so bad I really didn't think we were going to get off the ground.. Very low class mind you I was flying first class all I can say is save your money..

Never would I ever use one of these flights again. Anyone I see I would not recommend it to. Crew extremely sarcastic rude anyone that you ask for help and figuring out where to go has an attitude and tells you to figure it out. Absolutely positively unacceptable. Not trying to be a Karen just saying I would never let anyone I know be a one of these flights again. Also watch out for the hidden fees they don't add until you get on the plane.
