    Low price, terrible service, despicable people. The flight was canceled without any explanation. At the counter, the best rescheduling option was for two days later. The excuse: bad weather and lack of staff, but all other airlines were flying to the same destination, clear skies. The staff pretended nothing had happened, huge lines, they really didn't care. I requested a refund, the only reasonable option, and the attendant Brian E. refunded another passenger's ticket. I showed him he was wrong, but he kept saying that was what the system allowed. I went to the rescheduling/purchase attendant downstairs, a Jamaican lady, who was kind, respectful, and clear, looked at the ticket and corrected the error. At least I got my money back. Terrible experience. Spirit has hit rock bottom.

    Spirit Airlines Flights NK2156 & NK2563 I recently traveled with Spirit Airlines on flights NK2156 and NK2563, hoping to build some special memories with my girlfriend as we visited my brother for his wedding. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. Delays & Frustration Both flights were delayed by a couple of hours. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—it was a major setback, especially since we were traveling for a family wedding. The delays added unnecessary stress and cut into the time we wanted to spend with loved ones. Useless WiFi To make matters worse, I paid for WiFi on the ride to my destination, and it was completely useless. It simply didn’t work, which was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was counting on it to stay connected and maybe take the edge off the delay. Disruptive Passengers On flight NK2563, things got even worse. I was seated in front of two children who spent the entire flight kicking my seat and leaving the lights on. Even after politely addressing the issue, the kicking continued. I understand kids can be restless, but it made the flight feel endless and exhausting. It’s hard to relax or enjoy the journey when you’re constantly being jolted from behind. I was really looking forward to making great memories with my girlfriend on this trip, but Spirit Airlines made that incredibly difficult. Between the delays, the non-functional WiFi I paid for, and the lack of consideration for passenger comfort, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope Spirit takes these issues seriously and works to improve the experience for future travelers.

    Absolutely the worst airline experience of my life. Spirit Airlines is a complete disaster. Our flight has been delayed and rescheduled over and over again for the past 12 hours—with zero accountability, transparency, or proper communication from the staff. Every few hours they push the departure time further, leaving us stuck at the airport with no clear answers or compensation. The customer service is non-existent. No one knows what’s going on, and when you try to get help, you’re met with indifference or just straight-up ignorance. It feels like they’re making things up as they go along. This airline clearly doesn’t care about its passengers’ time, money, or basic human decency. I will never, ever fly with Spirit again, and I’d strongly recommend everyone else avoid them too—unless you enjoy being stranded in an airport all day with no end in sight. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Unacceptable.

    Absolute incompetence at all levels. I can't talk to a human being for 45 minutes? I've been trying to log in to my account for over an hour. It keeps saying my password is incorrect (it is not...). I never get the "change password" email. I paid for a flight, and when I went to verify my military status with IDME (which works EVERYWHERE else online...) it couldn't be verified. TWICE...

    I know that everyone complains about the seats 💺 being to small or uncomfortable 😣 but I DONT CARE! The Stewardess 👩‍✈️ and crew are always friendly especially when I am with my Service Dog 🐕KARMA. They’ve cared tremendously for us and always shown kindness and friendliness in every flight ✈️ I’ve been on. AMAZING 😉 WORK SPIRIT and the $9 FARE AWESOMENESS TO THE MAX Thank You ALL!! I know you got to deal with a lot of B.S. from passengers been there to witness it. Many Blessings Always and keep flying.
