We thought that it would be helpful to share our experience with you. When we arrived at the Meijer M6 parking lot, we made our way onto the bus. Every seat had a reserved sign in it. There was no where for us to sit, since we had paid to go on this trip we picked up the reserved signs and sat down. Keith came onto the bus and wondered what happened to all of his reserved seats. He needed them for people in Kalamazoo. Come to find out he had used too many seats for his personal belongings and one single person moved with another single person. He never apologized after reprimanding us like we were 3 year olds. Next stop, the donuts were delicious at McDonalds, but the coffee never came. No explanation to us was given. This is the very first tour that we have done and so far I am very disappointed. The 3rd restroom stop was unusual, we had to walk through a restaurant with food open on a buffet in order to reach the bathrooms. I was glad we were not eating there! The tour director is extremely impatient and he might have traveled the world, but he knew nothing about this trip. He tried to play a video that he wanted to watch, but it skipped…….finally he took it out. We enjoyed the Biltmore estate and grounds, the antler place and Billy Graham Cove very much. The food was delicious at the Red Porch, the desserts were out of this world. We enjoyed Dollywood and the Island and can’t say enough good about the Bullfish grille’s fabulous food. It was mouth watering! On the way home the tour director(Keith) put in a video that no one watched and it was loud. He is a very self-absorbed man that really didn’t care about any of us as people paying for his trip. Also, on the way home we finally played some games with everyone. It seems like it would have been nice to do it on the way down to have some bonding on the way down. I really hope that you can find someone better to do your tours. Colleen did a great job, caring and engaging with us.

Our bus trip on June 6th, 2023 was so fun! Everything was taken care of for us by the great crew of Spectrum Tours, Inc. Luxury bus was cool and clean with a great driver.Our stops were well managed and safe. Very professional and personable!!! We will do this again!! Cindy
