I called Spears Travel Agency on 2/21 @ approximately 1:20 PM CST. A woman answered the phone promptly. However, the conversation was less than helpful. I explained I was looking to go on a cruise in December 2023 with flexible dates. I also had mentioned I would really like the cruise to include St. Lucia and St. Thomas. I’m also very aware there’s not many cruise lines with stops in St. Lucia. The very first cruise that popped up on the lady’s list was a Princess cruise for Dec. 2nd and did not include St. Lucia. She tried to talk more about this and was trying to get me to move forward with types of rooms. I explained, that I did not want to narrow down on the first option that popped up on her list that didn’t even meet my expectations. I explained further I called a travel agent to help deliver options that could potentially fit what I was looking for. She then said she would have to go through all 19 options on their list and wasn’t something they do. You don’t help a potential client find the best fit? Isn’t a travel agent supposed to listen to your travel desires and help you plan the perfect trip? Giving 1 star due to not listening to what I wanted in my trip and not giving options that could be best suited for me. Editing to add: I called the Tulsa office location.

Our family and business has been using Spears for many years and they are always the best. We have gone all over the world and USA with them helping us along the way. I would completely tell anyone this is the travel agency you want to use.
