    Listen… We arrived at 5am for our 6:40am flight. I’ve never in all my years seen a crew of people who applied for a job be so rude, unprofessional and uninterested in working until the point that one young lady actually walked off from the counter and didn’t help because I was redirected by another employee to enter the counter from another area. The young man that was standing there with the young lady, he was very nonchalant and uninterested in doing his job while having a complete terrible disposition. These people not only mistreated us but my family that were flying with us. Their entire “counter crew” that clocked in, should’ve definitely clocked out and sought out new careers. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still in absolute shock that they’re representing Southwest Airlines as their first position of representation. A company should definitely recognize who is representing their brand from the beginning of service to the end. Anxiety is real. You shouldn’t have to double down on it too fly!

    Southwest Airlines as a company and a whole is awesome. But today i came to check in 9 bags paid 1000$ extra. Cool whatever. The employees at the Miami location sucked. Other than this little Spanish man and young black girl. Who did everything to help me out.

    Oh so disappointed in Southwest Customer Service policies and the security of our belongings we entrusted to them in Miami, Florida. It’s hard to say which terminal staff was fully responsible for the stolen property—Miami or Nashville, but the 8ft tubular locked case that we checked in Miami somehow went “missing” and never made it to Nashville baggage claim. The Miami rep who took the case asked what was in it (ocean fishing rods), and we told them. Maybe that was our mistake. Now after 30 days of waiting, Southwest only wants to reimburse for a portion of the cost to replace the items…or offer us travel vouchers. We don’t want to travel with an airline who can’t take responsibility for our things and reimburse fully for the loss of our items. We understand things happen, but even our insurance companies reimburse in consideration of what it takes to replace, without depreciation. And in this case something didn’t just happen. Our valuables were stolen, no doubt. Not how we pictured our trip ending.

    Worst customer service ever. The lady that was working today 05/18/2023 at 6:00 pm was very rude, no manners or education at all. She wasn’t helpful and she gave me an attitude when I didn’t know exactly the process or how to fill out the forms. She is providing a service and should have training and be more respectful to customers.

    Terrible. Took over an hour it was like new people training new people. I use southwest cargo weekly in various cities and absolutely love them when they own the building. Usually takes 5-10 mins in and out. This place was terrible.

    The lady that was working on the counter today 03/08/23 2:00pm has serious problems, when you ask about your cargo she said she is busy working and them ask you with 0 education about your AWB. Idk how a company like southwest keeps someone that hates her job working and making the company look like trash! Fire that lady ASAP!
