    They were wonderful - I had brought my mother's wheelchair along with me on a flight from Florida to Boston. Unfortunately the wheelchair ended up being damaged during the flight. Southwest baggage inspected the wheelchair immediately offered a brand new replacement. In the meantime before the replacement arrived, they gave us a loaner chair. They made the transition from a badly damaged wheelchair to a brand new one very easy..

    My wife from Sju to ft lauradale with connection to orlando, on 5 sept, 1:20pm and departing at FLL, needing a while chair she had one in SJU but when she arrived at FLL, there was no wheel chair, dhes disable, she tried to grt one but attendants ignored her totally, having to drag herself to the other gate we are frequent flyers we even have southwest credit card, so they need to correct theses problems

    I am very disappointed with the level of service we received from Southwest Airlines at Fort Lauderdale Airport. Our interaction with a staff member named Hilda was particularly upsetting. She was extremely rude, lacked basic customer service skills, and treated our family with unnecessary hostility. We were a party of seven, including four young children, and were entitled to check up to 14 bags for free. We only had three suitcases in total, yet we were given a hard time because one or two were slightly over the weight limit by just a pound or two. Rather than allowing a simple adjustment or showing any kind of flexibility or compassion, Hilda made us open our bags at the counter and remove items — with kids in tow — just to meet the strict limit. It was stressful, humiliating, and completely unnecessary, especially considering how far under our total bag allowance we were. There was no empathy, no effort to help, and no understanding. Just cold, robotic enforcement of policy, even when it made no sense in context. It felt inhumane and inconsiderate, especially for a family traveling with children. This experience has left a very negative impression of Southwest’s customer service at this location. I truly hope Southwest takes the time to better train their staff in handling families and interacting with passengers with basic respect and empathy.

    Never use this service the overcharge me by 300 dollars and destroy my boxes, when I as to speak to a manager its been 3 months they never call back or got nowhere.. there service is garbage over price never use them for your personal items.. From Puerto Rico To Miami

    the lady at the counter rossanna charged me 200 dollars extra supposedly for a suitcase that is the same suitcase that I have been traveling with for 5 years and weighs 47 pounds. today this lady charged me 200 dollars extra today they just lost a frequent customer thanks to this lady, the service and the experience that this lady has given me super unpleasant so early in the morning, the luggage has the exact measurements to fly I have always flown with her and I have never had this inconvenience before, 4:00 am 01-03-2025
