If your flights are late.. update your customers so they aren't wasting money on top of 2 hours.. waiting to pick up. You have a working viable website that doesn't update in a timely manner. Why not follow through!???

Terrible customer service. These guys gave my equipment, worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, away to a completely separate entity. No questions of credentials or anything. The only reason that I found out is because the entity noticed they received my equipment and they reached out and called me based on my contact information on the cases. Furious, I called Southwest during business hours and they didn't pick-up the phone or reach out to me, at all, after I left a voicemail. The entity, then, returned all of my belongings to Southwest this early morning. The Southwest Cargo Supervisor Luis was very unprofessional on the phone. He kept saying the situation has been addressed already.... but how, if you didn't even bother to call and tell me, the customer, what's going on...? He told me if I don't like it, I can "Go to Delta or United Airlines instead". Completely complicit and garbage behavior.

They never load freight into my 53ft trailer. Never put up the hydraulic dock plate they only load it onto the tail of the trailer. Very inconvenient as this screws up the balance of my load. Other than that very professional and nice just they don’t want to load properly. I called to confirm they do indeed by policy have the ability to do so. They just won’t so drivers beware.
