They were very busy when I got there HOWEVER they did a great job moving things along I would of given them 5 stars but the access to the location I would definitely prefer to ship elsewhere if it wasn't last min.

The team at Southwest is very professional, as it appears is the entire operation. The office and shipping area are well organized. Shipping packages is easy and they get there .What more could you want.
