Checkin makes you buy a return flight, when I only purchased a one-way. Not sure if they are making me pay for the more expensive ticket instead of paying for a cheaper ticket later.

I had a great experience checking in on 2/7/2022 on my way to San Antonio. The employee (young lady and I forgot your name) was so pleasant and helpful. Then our flight crew was just as nice and professional. Our pilot was really good and we had a flawless and smooth landing. I'm sure you deal with a lot of rude people but we were very pleased and it's professionals like yourself that make a trip much more pleasant. Thank you all!

On a plane for 45 min. Then, off plane maintenance needed, they said. No sorry . No plane yet. Big fail today

I had spent Christmas in Wyoming with my grandchildren and arrived home the 2nd week of January to McCarren airport in Las Vegas, then took the shuttle to St George, Utah. On the way to Wyoming my total identity was stolen. I have been dealing with this horrible situation. I was preoccupied and left a small bag that I normally don’t check in on the luggage carousel. When I arrived in St George, I realized what had happened and spoke to Laurie B and she had one of her staff deliver my bag to the St George Shuttle’s next shuttle. The shuttle company brought it to St George. I had a North Face jacket and I couldn’t face one more loss in addition to my identity theft. Thank you Southwest and Laurie for caring about your customers. I highly recommend South west!

They misplaced a walker for two hours. How difficult is it to take a walker from the plane to the baggage claim area when your main job is to move baggage? Management couldn't locate the person responsible which makes no sense. Employee along with management should be fired.
