Getting to my destination was an experience that was very negative. Connecting flights did not happen. Bad communications. Top it off the same thing on the way back. Had to spend night in a hotel. Had to get on my flight early and missed getting to where I was supposed to be. Was saddened to actually experience such negative attitudes. Mmm, travel with you again? Will have to really think if I would want to use your service.

We've been flying SW for years. Service is great. Planes are comfortable. Snacks have been upgraded. Oh yeah, Can't forget the Coffee.

So nice to have a direct flight from MKE to Austin! Boarding was super fast. Too bad it will all change in May 2025

They were Not the fastest, but had great service and smiles. the crew was so kind and patient even though it was slow getting through TSA and such we still got on the plane and had a great vacation.

The woman at checkin was extremely helpful, friendly. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. 😁 Then I went upstairs to the boarding area. Both woman were rude, disrespectful. I felt as if I was taking them from chit chatting. Changed my experience🤮Maybe they should have been mire focused on doing their job!
