It was me and my sister first time flying and the staff that worked at the front were so kind and nice and explained how everything worked and where to go. Definitely will be flying with Southwest more often on future trips.

Just got off the flight, easily one of the best flights I've been on. I went with my grandma and she was in a wheelchair, and the pilot came out, introduced himself to us, and helped her into the plane, such a respectful young man, I wish I got his name to give him a shout out, but thank you so much for being so respectful and kind towards us. The flight attendance ladies were also super kind, as they held her stuff as she boarded the plane. Altogether, I have very high respect for Southwest Airlines and their crew. The environment between the crewmembers was so good, I am thinking about joining Southwest myself. Thank you guys so much for an enjoyable experience today! ❤️ (3/29/23) I noticed that there was a picture of the pilot wearing a blue shirt, a mask, and was on a phone that someone previously posted, please refer to that picture to who the pilot is and please give him a raise for his kindness 🙏🏽

No more Southwest in life...the seating issue is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in all my soaring thru the sky days.......now i see why I fly with the Big D! It shows!
